Contact Us. When using the ‘Contact Us’ form on the website, we collect Name and Email Address only, plus the content of the message as submitted.
Tickets. We collect no information from the sale of tickets directly. Ticket purchase is processed by a thirdparty called Ticket Source. As part of ticket processing, Ticket Source collect name, email address, postal
address, telephone number as well as payment information.
Cookies. Cookies are set and managed by our hosting company Weebly to personalise user experience, analyse site usage, and offer tailored promotions. Paper membership forms are held securely at a location known and accessible only to the current Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Bathford Players, as nominated officers of the committee. Paper consent for newsletters and associated information collected for the purpose of providing the newsletter is retained in the same way as membership forms. Electronic consent for newsletters is stored and retained by
Weebly and is accessible only by the Bathford Players webmaster and the nominated officers of the committee.
7. How do we protect your information?
We follow the Information Commissioner’s Office’s recommendations for our own data security. Our Payment Processor use their own security measures to keep your personal banking details safe, including safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption.
